Delivery costs

If you purchase order is more than 70€ the shipment costs are free of charge.
Otherwise the post cost is 6,90 inc. VAT.

Deliveries and payment methods
The product prices include VAT 24%. The payment shall be made in euros. We reserve the right to change the prices. If a product becomes unavailable or the delivery would be delayed unreasonably, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel parts of the order to make the delivery faster.
We will send you an order confirmation by email. To receive the order confirmation, you need to enter an email address when placing the order. The agreement is entered when the order confirmation is created.
The final sum of the order will include any processing and delivery costs.

Delivery time
We ship products only in Finland (not Ahvenanmaa). The delivery time for products in stock is 1–3 business days. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will order more of it, in which case the delivery time will be 1–4 weeks if the product has not been discontinued. If the product is discontinued or the delivery is delayed, we will inform the customer separately.

Returns/exchanges
Hygiene products cannot be returned. For other products the returning time is 14 days When returning other types of products by Posti (Finland’s postal service), please mention to the post office staff that your parcel is a customer return to Innoflame Oy. Please request a receipt of your return at the post office. The return address is Innoflame Oy, Kirrintie 2, FI-28880 PORI, FINLAND.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for example, if the size is wrong, you can return the items within 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland. Please note that the items to be returned must be in original condition and unused. Please attach your bank account number and a copy of the invoice received to the return delivery.

The amount paid will be refunded within 14 days if we receive your account number and A COPY OF THE INVOICE. If a copy of the invoice is not included in the return delivery, we will charge a processing fee of €25.00. Innoflame Oy reserves the right to refrain from refunding the payment until the items have been returned or the consumer has verified, for example with a return receipt, that they have returned the items.

If you have any questions about the products in our online shop, please contact our customer service (contact information below). We will be responsible for the products’ correctness even after the 14-day period mentioned above. If you detect a flaw, please contact our customer service immediately.

Privacy statement

The contact information requested when placing the order will not be used for any other purpose than delivering the order or investigating any issues with the order. The contact information will not be forwarded to other parties, and it will not be used for direct marketing or any other purpose unrelated to the delivery of the order.
